Liquip Aviation Management Backed by Alfons Haar to Buy Beta Fluid Systems

Reidsville, NC, October 27, 2014 --(PR.com)-- The North American based management team of the Liquip Aviation division, together with the Alfons Haar Group has entered into a definitive purchase agreement to buy the assets of Beta Fluid Systems, Inc. from the McAleese Group of Australia. The transaction is expected to close on October 31, 2014.
