Experienced Industry Professional Joins Expanding Team of Directors for Bank

Barringer previously served as director of Crescent State Bank and VantageSouth Bank, and the banks’ respective holding companies. He studied at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the UNC School of Law. He was a respected member of the Board of Governors of the University of North Carolina from 2003 until June of 2012. Barringer is a seasoned attorney with 29 years of experience. He is a partner with Barringer Sasser, LLP, located in Cary, and currently serves on the Centennial Authority of the PNC Arena.
