The “Michigan” CD was recorded under the direction of Neil Barlow at the Cathedral Church of St. Paul, Midtown, Detroit, Michigan, USA in June of 2014. The CD production was supervised by Spectrum Musical Services. The “Michigan” CD is part of award winning Five Lakes Silver Band’s commitment to the British brass band traditions of providing the highest quality brass band entertainment to audiences in Southeastern Michigan.

Five Lakes Silver Band

Founded in 2006, Five Lakes Silver Band is an internationally acclaimed British style Brass Band based in Royal Oak, Michigan. Comprised of volunteer brass and percussion musicians, the FLSB draws its members from music professionals in orchestras, big bands, and chamber ensembles as well as collegiate and secondary music educators from Michigan and the Great Lakes region.
