Stuart, FL, November 10, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Capital Health Group LLC and Providence One Partners LLC to build a 112 bed for rent assisted living community on 7.5 acres of land located on the southwest corner of the intersection of Willoughby Boulevard and Pomeroy Street in Stuart, FL.on the last undeveloped parcel within the Willoughby Development of Regional Impact. Providence Living at Stuart will open in the summer of 2015.

Providence Living at Stuart will open in the summer of 2015.

Providence Living at Stuart, will be composed of 68 luxury assisted living and 32 memory care apartments. The assisted living building will be a two story building with multiple fully landscaped courtyards and outdoor spaces connected to approximately 57,000 square feet of interior common area amenities. The common area spaces are also adjoined by the single story memory care building. The common areas will offer the following amenities to the residents; full service restaurant, bar and café, full service hair and nail salon, craft room, fitness center complete with aerobic and anaerobic equipment and tai chi and yoga stations, general store, surround sound theatre with 80” screen, wi-fi in every apartment, chapel, mail room, multiple intimate living and activity rooms, dog park, a transportation van and a private town car for individual appointments and needs.

Providence Living at Stuart will be managed by Compass Pointe Healthcare System, whose mission is to serve individuals and family members – “Keeping all of life’s joys as our guiding principles. The land had been donated by Peter and Julie Cummings to the Community Foundation for Southeast Michigan. Boyd Bradfield of NAI Southcoast was hired to manage and market the Property. This prime location received a great deal of attention and the perfect developer and use was found.
