Las Vegas, Henderson Lexus Dealers Announce Partnership with The Shade Tree’s Gift of Holiday Hope
Community encouraged to donate holiday gifts at the dealerships for families in crisis.
Las Vegas, NV, November 14, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Lexus of Las Vegas and Lexus of Henderson announced today a partnership with The Shade Tree’s Gift of Holiday Hope campaign, providing holiday gifts for families residing at the shelter.
Both Lexus dealerships will serve as donation drop-off points for new, unwrapped toys and gifts. Additionally, gifts will be collected at the 12 area Massage Envy Spa clinics in Las Vegas and Henderson. Donations will be accepted at these locations until Friday, December 19th, and through December 24th at The Shade Tree campus, 1 West Owens, North Las Vegas, Nevada 89030.

The Shade Tree is the only 24-hour accessible shelter in Nevada designed specifically to meet the needs of women, children and their pets. The organization also provides additional programs and services to assist with recovery, healing, and self-sufficiency.
“Businesses like to see their numbers go up,” said Erica Thompson, The Shade Tree’s director of fundraising and major gifts. “We would like to see ours go down, but the sad fact is that we have more people in need of assistance every month. It means a lot to us that Lexus of Las Vegas and Lexus of Henderson have partnered with us, and we know their participation will help make the holidays much brighter for families in crisis.”
