Cushman & Wakefield Announces Sale of Three Medical Practice Properties in Tampa Bay for $7.7 Million

Tampa, FL, November 13, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Cushman & Wakefield said today it has sold three Tampa Bay-area buildings leased by Women’s Care Florida, one of Florida’s largest OB/GYN practices, for $7,715,000.

The properties are located at 731 South Parsons Ave., Brandon; 5470 & 5472 Lithia Pinecrest Road, Lithia; and 13123 Kings Lake Drive, Gibsonton. Together, they total 23,281 square feet.

The sales price equals $308 per square foot of space.
