Stuart, FL, November 13, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Central Marine Properties East, LLC has purchased the St Lucie Marine Property located at 200 NW Alice Avenue in the City of Stuart. Central Marine Stuart, LLC will continue to operate a marina on the property and plans to upgrade the property’s appearance and expand the services offered there. The marina, located on the North Shore of the St. Lucie River, has been owned by the sellers since 1984. The purchasers are affiliated with Central Marine Service, Inc. of St Petersburg, Florida (www.centralmarineservice.com), which is excited to add this East Coast location to its operations.
