Gary Baily, the newly appointed UK BDD, ELEKS, will continue developing the company’s business strategies to foster new sales opportunities and better serve existing customers in the UK.

Since 2001, Mr. Baily has been selling, planning, developing ‘go to market’ strategic propositions and delivering consultative Enterprise solutions within new verticals and regions around Business Process & Change Consultancy, Software Development (Nearshore and offshore), Application Integration & Management and Outsourcing (ITO & BPO).
Gary contributed to the success of Sopra, Exilant and Ciber by engaging with Industry verticals such as Public Sector, Telecoms & Utilities along with CPG, Media (Content), Manufacturing, Retail and Technology both within the UK and EMEA to a broad range of clients like EasyJet, Vodafone, Apple, Nestle and British Gas.
Gary Baily has over 22 years of experience in IT, having started his career as a developer with IBM before moving into business development with outsourcing businesses.
ELEKS has previously claimed the UK market presence when the company landed among the finalists of The National Outsourcing Association Awards (NOAA), theleading UK-based professional organization serving the outsourcing outsourcing industry.
