Freebiumsultants Publicly Announces Company Headquarters and Organizational Structure

Shenzhen, China, November 15, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Rafael Zeng, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Freebiumsultants, today congratulated familiar faces and welcomed new ones into their corporate family, as the consulting giant made public their organizational structure, which will focus on capturing emerging opportunities as the Company expands its operations in Mainland China.

“After confirmation of my appointment as Chief Executive Officer a few weeks ago, my priorities have been to name a headquarters location and select a leadership team that incorporates the best and most suitable talent from our parent company and its many subsidiaries,” said Rafael Zeng. “Just a few days ago we named the Panglin Plaza in Shenzhen City as our corporate headquarters and today, I am sharing the Company’s new organizational structure which will focus on accountability and streamlined decision making.”

- (Mr.) Rafael Zeng is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. This position will be in charge of the Company’s assets and operations in Mainland China, and will also oversee their expansion and progress in nearby Hong Kong SAR. Working side by side with Rafael will be (Ms.) Andie Lau, who will serve as Personal Assistant to the Chairman. Her additional duties include being the Director of Logistics, as well as handling all public and media relations exercises.

- (Mdm.) Maryanne Eng is Chief Financial Officer. She will have executive oversight of all financial aspects of Freebiumsultants and its subsidiaries, including accounting and financial planning, and will manage investor relations as well as internal audit and tax functions. Assisting her will be Personal Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer, (Ms.) Dorothy Fu, who will also help oversee the logistics arm of the Company, a department that currently encompasses all human resources and warehousing functions.

- Phil Clarke is Vice Chairman of the Board and the Director of Sales. This position, which ultimately will be based in Hong Kong SAR, will manage the Company’s international businesses in Asia and Europe. Clarke will focus on setting new benchmarks in customer experience as the Company seeks to help their existing and prospective clients establish dominance and seek new opportunities beyond traditional domestic and near-shore markets.

- James Beh is the Director of Marketing. He will be responsible for the development and implementation of strategic marketing activities that build customer loyalty, while strengthening the Company’s position and brand recognition through innovative product development and forging vital vendor relationships.

In launching this new structure, Freebiumsultants Group Co., Limited, which currently manages a portfolio worth over USD 500 million in assets for their clients, hopes to build a world class organization focused on exceeding the expectations of their clients, become a more appealing partner to vendors, and ultimately, drive value for shareholders.
