Midge McCarthy Joins RE/MAX Platinum Realty

Sarasota, FL, November 16, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Midge McCarthy has returned to RE/MAX Platinum Realty as a Broker-Associate in the downtown Sarasota office. She was previously with Keller Williams Realty Select. Specializing in residential properties in Sarasota, the barrier islands, Osprey and Nokomis, she has 14 years of local real estate experience.

McCarthy is a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and e-Pro. Her sales performance has earned her membership in the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and RE/MAX Platinum Club, and she is a nine-year recipient of the Five Star Real Estate Agent Award for customer satisfaction.

Originally from Long Island, New York, McCarthy moved to Florida in 1988. Prior to her career in real estate, she was a court reporter. She earned a mortgage broker's license in 1991.

McCarthy is involved with the Sarasota County Aging Network (SCAN), helping seniors with challenges to downsize and relocate.
