This year ELEKS debuted in the competition with two outsourced solutions, and was shortlisted to win two categories in the 2014 NOA Awards: Public Sector Outsourcing Project of the Year and International Outsourcing Contract of the Year. This industry recognition is a result of ELEKS’ innovative technological and solution-driven approach, along with strong professional expertise that enables the company to deliver high-value outsourced solutions to customers worldwide.
The solution nominated for Public Sector Outsourcing Project of the Year helped the Revenue and Goods Control Department of States of Jersey cope with the increased workload of 26 times the norm, without employing additional staff, while the e-commerce solution shortlisted to win the International Outsourcing Contract of the Year resulted in doubling the client’s customer-base in one quarter and supporting over 3,000 simultaneous website user sessions.
