Davidson Realty Agent Gail George Named to Local Habitat for Humanity Board of Directors
Davidson Realty agent Gail George has been named to the Board of Directors of the Habitat for Humanity of St. Augustine/St. Johns County.
St. Augustine, FL, November 20, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Realtor Gail George with Davidson Realty, Inc., a leader in Jacksonville and St. Augustine residential real estate, has been named to the Board of Directors of the Habitat for Humanity of St. Augustine/St. Johns County. George joins 11 other members on the Board including Chairman Gary Jordan.
As its newest member, George will help the team establish programs and objectives for the organization as well as select families who will be recipients of Habitat homes.
"I had been searching for a new way to give back to the community that has been so kind to this Canadian/South Florida transplant," says George, who originally hails from Toronto, Ontario. "To me, it is the perfect avenue for service for a Realtor since helping folks live out the dream of home ownership is what we do."
George joined Davidson Realty in August. Her background includes real estate sales and elementary education.
