Swan-Matic Redesigns C800 “The Bopper”
Swan-Matic, a capping machine and accessories company, a division of Automation Devices, Inc., has revamped “The Bopper” capper.
Erie, PA, November 21, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Automation Devices, Inc.’s (ADI) Swan-Matic Division has revamped its dropper insert press, “The Bopper,” with a sleek, new design. The Bopper, part number C800, is a semi-automatic table top machine that inserts an applicator cap or bulb dropper on a vial or small bottle.
The Bopper features an optional manual rotor plate design that allows the operator to load, press in the insert and unload simultaneously by simply indexing the rotor plate to the next indent.
“The redesign was prompted by our engineer who wanted to see an improvement on the operation of this equipment,” says Swan-Matic Project Manager Sean Parker. “We’ve improved the quality while maintaining its easy-to-use attributes and affordable price. Features include a stronger and longer stroke air cylinder, a built in pressure gauge, a reach activation lever, one-handle height adjustment and a built in column scale for faster head height adjustment. We’ve also eliminated all rubber tubing and plastic slip fittings,” explains Parker. “The Bopper does not require any maintenance, making it a great solution for small and medium sized production runs.”
Swan-Matic is a division of Automation Devices Inc. and provides capping solutions and accessories designed for small to medium production runs to a wide variety of industries. A variety of handheld and bench-top cappers make up this product line along with aluminum driver shells and renewable inserts.
