Oliver Robins best known for his starring in “Poltergeist” as the “kid eaten by the tree” will screen his latest film "29000 Wishes. 1 Regret." at the Jefery Levy Real Experimental Film Festival, November 28 at 5 PM at the Laemmle Music Hall Theatre in Beverly Hills. The film is part of a series of films experimenting with content, production, post production, and distribution. Tite-Belt Productions, LLC produced the film.
The drama tells the story of a twenty something couple who in the in the wake of losing everything during the great recession make a suicide pact: they will max out their credit cards and live life with reckless abandon before killing themselves.
A graduate of USC Film School, Robins wrote, directed, co-DPed, and co-edited the film.
The drama has a cast of 2 played by actors Justus Zimmerman and Casey Ruggieri. The production was shot on a budget of $2,000 with a crew of 3 in Los Angeles and Las Vegas over a period of several weekends.
