Averbis Automates Work Process at the European Patent Office in the Hague

Averbis, leading provider in text analytics and automated classification of documents, announced today that they have been chosen by the European Patent Office (EPO) in Munich/The Hague for the pre-classification of incoming applications and re-classification of existing classification schemes.

Freiburg, Germany, November 22, 2014 --(PR.com)-- The cooperation is planned for at least 3 years, during which time various services will be provided with the aim of automatically assigning patent applications to the right departments and automatically allocating existing patents with new CPC codes.
