Cowboy Santa is Coming to Old Towne for Shop Small Saturday
Cowboy Santa, Mrs. Claus, and Pocahontas will meet and greet children on Saturday, November 29 from noon to 5pm at Old Towne Antiques and Eatery. Other exciting events include a scavenger with lots of prizes, including American Express gift cards and many more.
Rolla, MO, November 23, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Old Towne Antiques in Rolla has partnered with Girl Adored Parties and More to bring Cowboy Santa Claus, Mrs. Claus, and Pocahontas to the community on Saturday, November, 29th, from 12pm to 5pm. "We decided to do a Cowboy Christmas theme this year. The pictures and children's smiles are coming out wonderfully," says Tai Kimes, Owner of Girl Adored. Children can meet and greet Santa as well as enjoy milk and cookies.
In addition to traditional Santa pictures, Old Towne Antiques plans to have a Scavenger Hunt and give away gift cards, canvas bags, and many other prizes to those who compete in the Scavenger Hunt and shop small at Old Towne Antiques. "We have two $25 American Express gift cards to give away and we are happy to add that American Express is so supportive of Small Businesses that they reward American Express Cardholders with refunds for shopping local at participating stores on Shop Small Saturday," explains Jyoti Ishaya, Marketing Manager for Old Towne Antiques.
Old Towne Antiques, located at I-44 exit 179 has been in business since 2011 and includes over 200 booths in seven buildings with a variety of antiques, collectables, and items made in Missouri. Old Towne Eatery opened in July of 2014. Specializing in wood fire brick oven pizza, the “Shop Small Special” is a pulled pork sandwich with a choice of sides for $6.99. Wine, beer, and cider are also served.
The Eatery regularly hosts singers on Saturday evenings to enjoy an evening dinner and show. As a special performance, Old Towne Eatery will host Country Western singer, William Eimer, from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. Formerly with Lead Country, William has performed at Fat Cats Entertainment, Benton Square and more local hotspots. He graduated from MST and now lives outstate, working as a mechanical engineer. He has continued to sing and play professionally although not often in Rolla. He plays rhythm guitar and sings country cover songs from John Denver, John Michael Montgomery, Travis Tritt and many more.
Entry to Old Towne Antiques and Old Towne Eatery opens daily at 9am is free to the public. Pictures with Santa are optional and available in packages beginning at $10 through GirlAdored.com.
