Ring in the New Year with Butterfly - January Begins the 2015 Butterfly North America Tour

Wilson, NC, November 26, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Butterfly is pleased to announce the 2015 Butterfly North America Tour is officially underway beginning in January. Ring in the New Year, by joining Butterfly on the first of six table tennis tournament stops.

All 2015 tournament stops are 4-Star USATT sanctioned tournaments. Tournament directors, table tennis clubs, and Butterfly share a mutual goal of growing table tennis by offering table tennis matches to high-level and beginner players on professional table tennis equipment. That goal has led to these tournament stops:

1st Stop: 2015 Butterfly Aurora Cup – January 17 & 18
The 2015 Butterfly Aurora Cup is held at the Vaughan Athletic Center in Aurora, Illinois. The venue features full barrier courts, sports linoleum floor, uniform lighting and a 40 ft. high ceiling. The tournament offers $8,000 in prizes and events include Open Singles, Open Doubles, rated events and age events. 2nd Stop: 2015 Arnold Table Tennis Challenge – March 6-8
Part of the 26th Annual Arnold Sports Festival , the 12th annual 2015 Arnold Table Tennis Challenge is at the Ohio Expo Center in Columbus, Ohio. The tournament offers $12,000 in prize money in 30 events, which includes rated events, recreational events, a family doubles event, and 2015 Ohio State Championship events. 3rd Stop: 2015 Butterfly Cary Cup Championship – March 19-22
$21,500 in cash and prizes and a dedicated table tennis facility is home for the 2015 Butterfly Cary Cup Championships at Triangle Table Tennis in Morrisville, North Carolina. Triangle Table Tennis is a full-time, dedicated table tennis facility that offers superb conditions. Events at this tournament include a Giant Round Robin, Open Doubles, Classic Hardbat, Friday Open, an U-1500 event, an Intermediate Event (1500-1900), an Advance event (over 1900) and the 'FASST Sandpaper Open' 2016 WCPP Qualifier event. 5th Stop: 2015 Butterfly Badger Open – September 18-20 – Franklin, Wisconsin
