Chatham’s practice focuses primarily on franchise & distribution and corporate law. She represents clients in matters related to franchise registration and disclosure laws, corporate matters, general business and commercial real estate issues.
Prior to joining Moye White, Chatham was corporate counsel for an international manufacturing company where she drafted and negotiated business contracts and leases, and assisted with mergers and acquisitions, securities reporting, and corporate governance matters.
A former middle school teacher and holder of a Masters degree in Teaching, Chatham helped found the Education Law Society at The Ohio State University’s Moritz College of Law and she remains interested in the legal and public policy issues facing our nation’s schools.
Chatham enjoys traveling, reading and cheering on her native Cleveland sports teams.
