Lara handles FCPA investigations on behalf of multinational corporations and has conducted investigations involving issues in China, India, Poland, Nigeria, Russia, United Arab Emirates and Vietnam. She also creates and enhances corporate anti-corruption compliance programs and conducts third-party and M&A due diligence.
