Tax Defense Network Foundation Now 501(c)(3) Registered Officially by the IRS
Tax Defense Network Foundation is officially approved by the IRS and is now recognized as a nonprofit charitable organization under category (501(c)(3)). All donations made to the Tax Defense Network Foundation will now be tax deductible.
Jacksonville, FL, November 30, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Tax Defense Network has years of experience helping people grappling with serious problems. The company’s employees have always taken pride in assisting Americans across the country with their tax issues. TDN helps clients from all walks of life; from those of means to those who are struggling to pay their bills. It should come as no surprise, then, that Tax Defense Network took the logical step of creating a charitable organization to assist those who cannot help themselves. This grew into a company-wide effort to help those in need throughout the community. Eventually, this developed into the Tax Defense Network Foundation, which has now been approved as a 501(c)(3).
This status approval means that the Tax Defense Network Foundation is officially recognized as a nonprofit charitable organization, and will soon be searchable on the Exempt Organization Select Check tool at IRS.gov. As such, all donations made to the Tax Defense Network Foundation from January 1, 2014 forward will now be tax deductible. The organization is already planning on how to use its new 501(c)(3) status to become even more involved in causes, as well as potentially expanding the scope of its efforts. “We were already helping people with IRS tax problems,” explained Tax Defense Network President, Joe Valinho. “Now, we’re doing more to help vets, pets and kids!”
This important milestone means that the Tax Defense Network Foundation has been verified as an organization that will use donations to help the community instead of dispersing profits to shareholders. In fact, no funds given to the Tax Defense Network Foundation are used for personal or professional gain or for any type of political influence. The contributions that the Foundation has worked so hard to secure will finally allow for even more people in the community to get the help that they need.
The approval announcement came to the Tax Defense Network Foundation right in time for the holidays, when so many are struggling to provide for their families. The organization is working to help as many as possible this season. This doesn’t mean that the Tax Defense Network Foundation believes in only helping others for a month or two out of the year. In fact, the Foundation has been working on a number of charitable endeavors and community projects throughout the year.
