Chris and Carleen buy a new bigger home in Chantilly for their growing family. Their one year old baby girl Nyla's birthday was on their closing date! They bought their home in Chantilly so she could grow up in the great schools in Chantilly. The AJ Team could not be more excited to help them with this important move!

This year they welcomed their wonderful daughter new arrival Nyla into the world. While the condo was nice, it just didn't offer the space they needed for their family. They could have made it work, but really desired a space that was perfect for them to grow and share with family.

The search was daunting, the AJ Team, Chris, and Carleen looked for months to find them the perfect house. The AJ Team made cold calls into their desired neighborhoods. The AJ Team door knocked on neighborhood doors seeking someone with a home to sell that fit their needs and wants. The AJ Team prayed that God gave the team and family the patience to find the perfect home! The perfect home opened up for them in a fantastic location right in Chantilly, not far from where they were already living!
Last month Chris, Carleen and the AJ Team's prayers were answered and at settlement Carleen couldn't hold it in. She bounced and smiled from ear to ear for the entire walk through the settlement. Chris told the AJ Team, "Dawg, don't you know that this is her first single family home with a yard, she has only lived in apartments and condos her entire life? This a a super big deal for her." The AJ Team couldn't be happier for them finding that perfect house in Chantilly.
That settlement date was also Nyla's 1st birthday. How cool is that? Nyla will be able to grow up in some wonderful schools and parks in Chantilly.
