Holt, MI, December 03, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Block Imaging announced today the release of a new online tool for imaging equipment service customers called Service Window.
Service Window is a one-stop online hub for tracking a diagnostic imaging system’s upkeep. Digital copies of field service reports, real time case notes, equipment uptime tracking, and a service representative message board are just a few of the features Service Window will offer to increase communication with radiology and imaging facilities and simplify access to important details of service coverage.
Gabe Viscomi, Block Imaging’s Vice President of Service, said, “Service Window is all about transparent communication and high-utility content. We’re excited to see imaging providers empowered by their access to these online tools. At no additional cost, they’ll be able to view and track the same information that we use within our department to communicate the progress and needs of service calls and contracts.”
Service Window is currently undergoing beta testing and will continue to be revised for an even more user-friendly and informative interface based on real-time feedback from Block Imaging’s general service customer base.
