Arca to the firm’s Miami office. Arturo joins the firm’s expanding Litigation practice group.

Arturo concentrates his practice predominantly in the areas of fraud (SIU) investigations, Personal Injury Protection (PIP)/No-Fault Litigation, and commercial litigation.

Arturo is a litigation attorney with significant experience in the areas of real estate, premises liability, and complex business litigation. Arturo has litigated voluminous consumer debt collection lawsuits on behalf of national consumer lenders. He has represented a diverse group of clients in both civil and criminal matters including: civil litigation, foreclosure defense/loan modifications, and commercial and individual debt collection and contract disputes. Arturo has managed foreclosure matters assuring compliance with state and federal regulations, handled non-jury trials and has overseen highly contested cases through negotiation, settlement and/or litigation.

Arturo is a graduate of Florida International University (B.A., 2004) and Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center, (J.D., 2008).
