Little Rock, AR, December 10, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Cubby Hole USA Self Storage at 8015 Geyer Springs Rd, Little Rock, AR sold to an investment group that has retained Absolute Storage Management to manage the facility. The 42,550 SF facility is a converted grocery store with I-30 frontage at the well-traveled Geyer Springs Road interchange and sold for $2,350,000. There is approximately 20,000 SF of GBA of room to expand on the mezzanine level.
