FCA Brings on Property Manager for FCA Asset Management Entity

Wheaton, IL, December 12, 2014 --(PR.com)-- First Capital Advisors, LLC (FCA) announced today that the company has hired Sandi Schulist as Property Manager for Clarendon Arms Apartments and Mobile Ave. Apartments, part of FCA’s apartment portfolio managed under FCA Asset Management.

“Sandi has been working for my father for over 20 years and has been a huge asset to him and the success of the properties,” said Chris Pope, Principal at FCA. “Now with the transition of ownership of the apartments to FCA, Sandi’s knowledge and experience with the properties will help FCA tremendously.”

Sandi’s primary responsibility with FCA will be in managing the apartments in all functions that directly impact occupancy and the physical property. This includes collecting rent, screening tenants, handling complaints/ emergencies, and maintenance.

She has over 25 years of experience as a property manager and office manager with commercial, retail and residential real estate firms. Sandi has succeeded in keeping turnover rates at a minimum, therefore reducing expenses and increasing rental income.
