Robert Buckhannon Responds About SEC

Unfortunately one of the managers of a hedge fund known as Arcanum had a corrupt individual who attempted to place blame of fund mismanagement. Fortunately, Dr. Buckhannon had extremely clear documentation and was able to work with regulators to prove his innocence. Part of this compliance included reaching a settlement and personally aiding in a quick resolution that resulted in recapturing of a majority of the funds in question. As a result, Dr. Buckhannon was found innocent of any wrongdoing and was allowed to provide evidence of the liable party. Once the girlfriend of the liable party learned of his full cooperation, she attempted to launch a negative publicity campaign against Dr. Buckhannon. For years Dr. Buckhannon has largely been quiet about the exchange. This is because he doesn't believe in negatively attacking people or naming individuals. This news release won't include the other parties name, despite their actions against Dr. Buckhannon. Dr. Rob was quoted as stating "I just want to focus on making sure my patients needs are met." He's also happy to answer questions that people might have about what happened and his role in everything. Dr. Rob has been publicizing his previously undisclosed works of charity and good will that he's engaged in for the last three decades.
