Five Star Painting Gives Back, Revitalizes Deck for Local Family

Marietta, GA, December 15, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Five Star Painting of Marietta provided professional staining services, revitalizing a back patio deck to benefit a local family and their child battling a severe illness.

The project, which took place in September, was part of Five Star Painting’s community outreach program, Five Star Cares. After the deck had sustained damages previously from a fallen tree limb, Five Star Painting funded repair services from a local carpenter to fix the deck’s damages. Pressure washing services were provided by Five Star Painting, in addition to the application of two coats of Superdeck elastomeric coating, donated from Sherwin-Williams.

Because of expenses associated with treatment for the family’s son, finances have been tight, and the mother expressed gratitude for the deck repairs and application. She looked forward to many happy times with her family on the deck during the fall season.

Five Star Cares is a community outreach program designed to give back to local communities within the Five Star Painting franchise system. Beyond adding color to surfaces through paint, Five Star Painting hopes to make a positive difference for those in need through its Five Star Cares program.
