About Mr. Jeffrey G. Randall
Jeff G. Randall is a partner in the Intellectual Property and Technology Group and is head of Patent Litigation in Skadden’s Palo Alto and Washington, D.C. offices. He has a national litigation practice that spans all areas of intellectual property, with an emphasis on patent litigation. He has served as lead counsel in significant patent cases throughout the country, including several in Delaware, Texas, Virginia, New York and California. He has argued over 20 Markman hearings and has won more than 30 jury trials.
