Bethesda, MD, December 23, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Nolan Financial has appointed James C. Bailey to the company’s Board of Directors. Mr. Bailey is a Founder and Partner at Bailey & Ehrenberg PLLC in Washington, DC.
Mr. Bailey brings with him 21 years of experience dealing with employment relationship issues, prosecuting and defending claims arising under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (“ERISA”), various employment laws, as well as counseling on employee benefits issues. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Bailey served as a member of the U.S. Navy’s Judge Advocate General’s Corps, where, in a reserve capacity, he served as a deputy special assistant to the Secretary of the Navy. Mr. Bailey is also a member of the American Bar Association Section of Labor and Employment Law and Litigation. Mr. Bailey is an active writer and speaker, often presenting information on innovative retirement solutions for bar journals and at industry functions.
