Avesta Greenway Wins Community of the Year
A local community wins prestigious award at the Tri-City Apartment Association’s Industry Excellence Awards.
Sarasota, FL, December 21, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Avesta Communities announce today that Avesta Greenway won the Community of the Year Award at the Tri-City Apartment Association’s Industry Excellence Awards. The Industry Excellence Awards were held on December 9, 2014. Avesta Greenway received this award based on overall resident service and the success of its repositioning plan.
Avesta Greenway highlighted its customer service through recommendation letters from residents. Jaen Galarza, Community Manager, notes, “I was really excited and really proud of our team. Two out of our three letters of recommendation for Avesta Greenway were actually from our residents. Ultimately, it’s because of our residents that we won this award.”
In addition, the Sarasota-based community has undergone extensive capital improvements since its acquisition in 2012. Such renovations include tropical landscaping, Key West-style exterior paint scheme, upgraded cabinet doors, new appliances, resurfaced countertops, and new flooring.
