Local Restaurant Group Snags Another Rib Shack
Land O' Lakes, FL, November 10, 2007 --(PR.com)-- The Schofield Restaurant Group is the proud parent of another Shane’s Rib Shack. Shane’s Rib Shack prides itself of its finger-licking, mouth-watering secret family barbecue sauce and southern style favorites. The quick-casual barbecue restaurant offers generous portions that will satisfy even the largest of appetites. The Schofield group adds to its growing family of the delicious barbecue restaurants win the area with the purchase of an already existing Land O’ Lakes unit at 2081 Collier Parkway.
“We are a family-owned Restaurant Group and being that our family has been in the Bay area for four generations, it was a logical move,” says owner Trent Schofield of the new location. “We feel there is great opportunity here and look forward to building this great brand in Pasco County.”
Schofield Restaurant Group owns and operates nine other Shane’s Rib Shacks in Southwest and in Central Florida. Acquiring the Pasco County location was an easy decision as the company plans to open units in Hillsborough, Manatee, Alachua and Brevard Counties by this time next year.
