Pantonium Names New Operations Executive

Toronto, Canada, December 24, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Toronto-based fleet management software company Pantonium has named Don Weaver as the new Operations and Project Management executive for the company. Weaver possesses over ten years of experience managing complex hardware and software projects. As the company looks to expand their business into more diverse transportation markets, Weaver will be helping to oversee developments in the Pantonium platform while managing and streamlining the onboarding of new clients. Pantonium’s current clients include Parastar Inc., California Best and other companies specializing in non-emergency patient transportation and more.

Prior to coming on board with Pantonium, Weaver worked as a Senior Project Engineer for Honeywell, overseeing technical and logistical coordination for the development of Airbus A350 Air Conditioning System Controls. This project required an annual budget of approximately $20 million and a team of more than 175 people based in various global locations and across multiple functional disciplines.

Weaver has a proven understanding of managing technical requirements and change management in environments requiring high quality and customer responsiveness. He has also demonstrated adeptness at balancing schedules and resourcing demands for projects with shifting scope and strict deadline requirements.

Weaver has earned a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, as well as an MBA from the HEC (Hautes Etudes Commerciales) Paris School of Management.
