Company Makes Diaper Bag for Dog Owners

Dallas, TX, November 13, 2007 --(PR.com)-- A company has developed a product that seeks to make the lives of dog owners a lot easier. Bull Dog Bags, produced by Dallas, TX-based Bull Dog Bag Company, is a tote for dog owners, that allows them to carry things like poop bags, doggie wipes, doggie treats and more, in one convenient package. Dubbed the "diaper bag for dog owners", these totes were inspired by the owner of the company seeing people at the park with their dogs having no way to carry the essentials with them.

"I was at the park one day, getting some exercise", Craig Trotter, owner of Bull Dog Bag Company says. "I watched as dog owners would walk their dog around the walking path and then come back to their cars to give their dog something to drink, often pouring water into their hands and allow the dog to lap at the water. I thought, 'Why don't they just carry water with them as they walk?' That's literally how it all began."

From there, Craig went on a shopping spree, to locate the a tote that would appeal to both women and men. Unlike carriers for dogs, that actually "carry" the dog, Bull Dog Bags are carried by the dog owner and are for all sizes and breeds of dogs. Craig saw this as a product that was not currently on the market and would fit a niche in the multi-billion dollar pet products industry.

The bags were primarily sold through the companies blog but have recently been added to Odyssey Pets and K-9 University, two retail pet-product stores in the Dallas, Plano and Garland areas. Both establishments represent very unique niches in the pet-products industry, with products and services not available at larger chain stores.
