CWC Income Properties 2, LLC Announces $17M Purchase of Commercial Buildings and Land in Colorado and Oregon

San Diego, CA, December 29, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Christopher Weil & Company, Inc., a financial services firm, today announced that CWC Income Properties 2, LLC, a private equity fund, has purchased 4 retail strip centers and a parcel of raw land for a total purchase price of $17 million.

The 4 centers total 106,096 square feet and span 9.97 acres. Each center consists of a good mix between local and national vendors. The Managing Member of CWC Income Properties 2, LLC is CWC Asset Advisors, Inc., an affiliate of Christopher Weil & Company, Inc.
