Start Your New Year’s Resolution Early at the Cardio Challenge

Rahway, NJ, January 15, 2015 --(PR.com)-- There is no time like the present to begin your New Year’s Resolution. At The Gateway Family YMCA – Rahway Branch, January marks the first ever Cardio Challenge, a chance for members of the public, friends and family to come together and try a variety of group exercise classes.

“The Cardio Challenge is a tool to jump start your health and well-being goals,” stated Colleen Clayton, Senior Director of Marketing & MIS, “At the Cardio Challenge you can try a variety of different cardiovascular classes and determine what fits into your New Year’s Resolution plans.”

The Gateway Family YMCA – Rahway Branch is located at 1564 Irving Street, Rahway. For cardio challenge dates, please visit www.tgfymca.org Pre-registration is not required but is available online at www.tgfymca.org/register. The cost is $10 for Full Members and $15 for Non Members. Everyone is invited to enjoy an hour of exercise, dance and fun.

The Gateway Family YMCA – Rahway Branch is just completing a $3.4 million, 16,938 square foot renovation of the facility, including renovations of existing areas, and expansion into 3 floors that haven’t been in use since the mid-1980’s. The Rahway Branch is also offering membership specials and incentives to those planning a healthier 2015.
