MTX Audio Unveils Polaris Slingshot and Other Custom Vehicles at 2015 CES
MTX Audio is set to debut new custom vehicles at the upcoming International CES including an all new Polaris Slingshot.
Phoenix, AZ, January 02, 2015 --(PR.com)-- MTX Audio, of the MiTek Electronics and Communications Group, announced today that it will be unveiling several new vehicles at the upcoming 2015 International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas, Nevada January 6th-9th 2015. Each of these vehicles showcases MTX products that fit each application perfectly.
The first new vehicle being showcased is a fully customized Polaris® Slingshot®, a new three wheeled vehicle that is unlike anything else in the market today. For the International CES, MTX has taken this incredible vehicle and pushed it to the limit with an incredible stereo system as well as a fully custom look.
The audio system provides a listening experience that matches the driving experience and includes a 1500-watt RMS, XTHUNDER1500.1, amplifier driving dual 75 Series 12" subwoofers that are discreetly mounted behind each seat as well as two MUD100.2 amplifiers that are each driving the three-way Signature Series component speakers in the custom kick panels found on the vehicle's interior all being controlled by a custom mounted Apple® iPad® and powered by XS Power® batteries. The exterior is finished in a black and red custom paint scheme and interior seats have been reupholstered to match the paint with an embroidered Slingshot® logo in each headrest. Additionally, Toyo® Tires, Konig® Wheels, and Varad® LED's help to complete the look of this one of a kind vehicle.
MTX will additionally be displaying a Can-Am Maverick built by UTVUnderground.com that is fully customized for off-road racing and that also includes a stereo system including MTX THUNDER amplifiers, TERMINATOR speakers, and a 55 Series subwoofer. A Harley Davidson® Street Glide® motorcycle will also be on display showcasing the versatility of the MUD100.2 amplifier that is mounted inside the fairing and that powers both 5.25" TERMINATOR speakers in the fairing as well as 6" x 9" TERMINATOR speakers in the saddlebags with custom lids provided by Dirty Bird Concepts in Phoenix, AZ. Finally MTX will be showcasing a custom Jeep® Wrangler® that includes THUNDER component and coaxial speakers, XTHUNDER amplifiers, and dual THUNDERFORM subwoofer enclosures creating an amazing sound experience.
