Serenity Storage Has Opened Its New Linn Creek, Missouri Storage Property for Boat Storage
New Self-Storage property in Linn Creek will serve boat owners in the Lake of the Ozarks region.
Buffalo, MO, January 07, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Serenity Storage, headquartered in Buffalo, Missouri, has opened its fourth self-storage property in Linn Creek, Missouri. This property is all new construction. The first phase, which is now open, consists of 10X30 storage units for boat and trailer storage designed to serve the Lake of the Ozarks region. The new property is located at 4765 E. US Hwy 54, Linn Creek, MO 65052.
The new Linn Creek property features metered AC power to facility battery charging, easy access the lake from US 54 and 24 hour access. The first phase, now completed, consists of boat storage units. The next phase, due in Spring 2015, will consist of RV and boat storage units.
Serenity Storage uses a property management system operated by U-Haul. This system will be used at the new site and offers additional conveniences to its customers such as on-line bill payment and auto payment options using credit, debit or electronic check payment options.
