Do You Buddy’s Advertising Alternative to Pay-Per-Click is Picking Up Steam
Online merchants the world over are engaged in what is called "Pay-Per-Click" or simply PPC. PPC is a platform where advertisers pay for small display ads atop search results -- usually Google -- when specific phrases related to their products are searched. When people click on an ad, the merchant is charged a fee whether a sale results or not. PPC is getting old and becoming ineffective and very expensive. But... what if there was a pay-per-sale alternative? There is now.
Vista, CA, January 08, 2015 --(PR.com)-- There's a new advertising platform online which is challenging PPC with a Pay-Per-Sale model and it's picking up steam. Currently, they are in what is known as BETA mode as they are seeking investors to fully launch their concept. The platform is unique in another way because it offers a three-level rewards mechanism that ties into social media in a way that is completely new to the internet. Currently there are zero sites on the internet with a rewards mechanism that works in this way. The platform is called "Buddy Buddy Buddy" for the three levels of social media friend connections that are leveraged in the process.
The way is works is simple: When a shopper buys a "Buddy item" from a participating store, they get a discount and are issued what are called "Buddy Bucks." Then with a single click, they can alert their social media friends to their purchase. If any of their friends buys that same item -- or any other Buddy Item from that store, they get a discount and earn Buddy Bucks, and the original friend earns more Buddy Bucks. They when the friend tells their friends of the purchase, and they buy the same item -- or any Buddy item from the store, they get a discount and earn Buddy Bucks; their friend earns more Buddy Bucks; and the original shoppers earns more Buddy Bucks again, and it goes down one more level thus completing the "Buddy Buddy Buddy" chain. Buddy Bucks are portable and are redeemable with purchase at all participating stores.
It's a novel integrated concept that demands a network of stores be set up in order to make the system works as promised. This is what the company is in a holding pattern seeking investors to get it off the ground. Early this year the company called Do You Buddy will be launching a Crowdfunder campaign seeking $1 Million dollars to get the idea off the ground. As BBB inventor Dale Wozny says,
"BBB is Jack and the beanstalk for revenue... BBB is the goose that laid the golden egg for stores... BBB is the sword in the stone for investors. BBB sits at the crossroads of social media and ecommerce. BBB allows consumers to finally be rewarded for a 'share' or a 'like'. BBB is a new, advanced sales tool for store owners. BBB allows merchants to effortlessly turn every buyer into a motivated, rewarded salesperson for their products. All we need to do is unveil it and scale it and the inherent viral nature of the platform will do the rest."
