She has a Management Certification from SMU Cox School of Business. Prior to joining My Community Federal Credit Union, some of Ms. Neal’s previous experience includes Vice President of Operations at National Bankruptcy Services, Senior Vice President, Chief Credit Officer and Chief Lending Officer of ViewPoint Bank and Vice President of Lending at Texas Community Bank. Ms. Neal is a member of the Permian Basin Chapter of Credit Unions, Midland Crime Stoppers, West Texas Make-a-Wish Foundation, and the Midland Rotary.
