Kalkitech Acquires US Based Applied Systems Engineering Inc.
Kalki Communication Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (Kalkitech), a provider of communication and optimization solutions for the Smart Grid, today announced the acquisition of Applied Systems Engineering (ASE) Inc.
Bangalore, India, January 09, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Kalki Communication Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (Kalkitech), a provider of communication and optimization solutions for the Smart Grid, today announced the acquisition of Applied Systems Engineering (ASE) Inc. Campbell, California based ASE is a Smart Grid protocol technology leader and a leading manufacturer of RTU/IED protocol test equipment for the SCADA industry and communication protocol translators and front end processors.
