Hytrol Conveyor Customer Training Specialist Introduces New Seminars Emphasizing Customer Relationships
Jonesboro, AR, January 09, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Hytrol Conveyor Company, Inc., manufacturer of advanced conveyor systems, controls, and solutions, announced the new education seminars for integration partners to strengthen the company’s service to customers.
Jonathan Noell, Hytrol’s Customer Training Specialist, new to the position, explained how coming from Customer Care helped in the training position, “My time in Customer Care was invaluable. It allowed me to establish the network or relationships within Hytrol and with our integration partners (IPs) that I rely on every day in my new position. It also helped me to understand the IP’s and customer’s perspective and approach things from their point of view.”
Noell explained the goal of the training programs is build strong relationships with integration partners and customers while helping them to better apply, sell, use, and maintain Hytrol products.
“Hytrol’s training program has been well established for years and is an excellent program. My biggest challenge has been finding ways to improve upon that while not taking anything away from the already great features,” commented Noell.
Hytrol’s unique relationship with integration partners allows the company to provide a great advantage to the customer. The integration partners integrate equipment with other technology solutions to fit customers’ needs.
