BizBash Promotes Five Sales Executives
New York, NY, January 09, 2015 --(PR.com)-- David Wilkes, executive vice president of sales at BizBash Media, the leading trade media for event and meeting organizers and event marketers, announced today that five members of its sales team have been promoted to new positions.
“Our goal is to flatten our management structure and bring more responsibility and decision making closer to customers. We are structuring to take advantage of the 30% growth in digital sales and audience in the past year, and want to assure the best consultative selling in the industry with our seasoned team,” said Wilkes.
Mandana “Mondi” Valiyee will become vice president of sales, West Coast where she will be responsible for launching of BizBash San Francisco as well as other markets including Las Vegas, Phoenix, and Denver. She was previously director of national accounts and West Coast development.
Sue Babin will become vice president of sales, Midwest, expanding her current portfolio to major markets including Dallas, Houston, Minneapolis, and Milwaukie, as well as the Chicago metro. She was previously the Chicago publisher.
Ann Keusch will become vice president of sales, Southeast, responsible for all of the southern territory including Florida, Atlanta, and New Orleans. She was previously the Florida publisher.
Mara Piazza will become director of digital sales, responsible for driving digital media sales initiatives. She was previously a senior account executive.
John Marte will become director of exhibitor and sponsorship sales development, responsible for creating new approaches in engaging face-to-face attendees at BizBash events. He was previously an account manager.
