Formerly a partner with Faegre Baker Daniels, Arkell is a prominent construction attorney who has been practicing Construction Law for more than 35 years. He has extensive experience helping construction clients successfully resolve disputes through litigation, arbitration and mediation, as well as drafting and negotiating construction-related contracts of all types.

Arkell arbitrates and mediates construction disputes as a trained and experienced neutral decision maker or facilitator. Due to his extensive expertise in construction contracts and disputes, he has been appointed as a special master by a District Court Judge, and has been engaged as an expert witness in construction issues.
Arkell has been the recipient of numerous honors over the years, including Denver Best Lawyers Construction Lawyer of the Year, 2012. He has been honored multiple times for his achievements in Construction Law by The Best Lawyers in America, Super Lawyers and Chambers USA.
Arkell is active in construction-related professional organizations, locally and nationally.
