Upside Learning’s Amit Garg and Jeevan Joshi Featured in the Sixth, Annual, Top Ten E-Learning Movers and Shakers List

Pune, India, January 10, 2015 --(PR.com)-- It's a great start to 2015 for Upside Learning as two of its leadership team members, Amit Garg and Jeevan Joshi, have been recognized amongst the most influential people in the corporate eLearning sector. Now in its sixth year, the top ten e-learning movers and shakers list 2015, features Amit in the 6th position and Jeevan amongst the 'Bubbling under' category in the Asia-Pacific list.

These ‘movers and shakers’ lists are compiled from a corporate online learning perspective, on the basis of a person’s perceived current influence on the online learning industry – as a practitioner, commentator, facilitator and/or thought leader. They have continuously helped to identify key influencers in the online learning industry across the world. The 2015 list that covers various regions - the World, North America, Europe, the UK and Asia-Pacific - contains the names of 38 people.

According to Bob Little, chairman of the judges for all of these lists, "the current key determining factors for being an influence in the corporate e-learning field are said to be: willingness to share knowledge (peer-to-peer learning) – not just opinions or selling products – typically via social media, especially LinkedIn and Twitter, publishing case studies and research on how to achieve improved outcomes and innovation."

The judges focusing on the Asia-Pacific sector, said that "talking about ‘typical e-learning’ is no longer good enough. Practitioners are looking for information on innovation, new ways and new technologies in considered, cost-effective, meaningful implementations."

Amit Garg was listed amongst the top ten eLearning movers and shakers for 2013 and 2014 in the World list, was on top of the Australia-Pacific list for 2013 and 2014, and continues to be amongst the top ten this year.
