Retail Realm Looks Forward to Introducing "Retail Realm Essentials™ Powered by Microsoft Dynamics" at the NRF "Big Show" 2015
Three representatives from Retail Realm are attending the NRF "Big Show" 2015 in New York and look forward to talking to existing and potential Resellers about the new "Retail Realm Essentials™ powered by Microsoft Dynamics" product.
Napa, CA, January 13, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Three top Retail Realm Executives– Afshin Alikhani (Chairman), Yasser Shenouda (CEO) and Rachel Smith (Director of Sales for N. America) have arrived in New York to attend the 2015 National Retail Federation (NRF) “Big Show,” 11-14 January. The company’s webinar announcement to the worldwide Microsoft Partner community, last November, of the imminent availability of the new “Retail Realm Essentials™ powered by Microsoft Dynamics” solution sent a ripple of expectation through the retail community. Now, this annual gathering of the who’s who in retail, at the Jacob K Javits Convention Center will provide the first opportunity, since that announcement, to meet face to face with many existing and potential Partners, Resellers … and End Users for the new retail management system.
Born of a joint collaboration between the development teams at Retail Realm and Microsoft Dynamics “Retail Realm Essentials™ powered by Microsoft Dynamics” is the latest addition by Microsoft to its portfolio of retail management systems and targets the small-medium sized (SMB) retail business marketplace. Based on the powerful Microsoft Dynamics AX platform, its entirely retail-centric configuration provides all the functionality required to run retail operations (from the simplest to the most complex) with those aspects of AX which are not required by retailers effectively “switched off!” The product is, however, scalable to embrace the needs of an expanding retail business; with the option to eventually “switch on” the full Microsoft Dynamics AX capabilities when an organization’s development reaches a stage that warrants it.
Retail Realm has, furthermore, embedded its industry renowned extensions for Microsoft’s retail sector products in the solution and, over the months since the initial announcement, has continued to add further developments such as: mobility, stock take, supermarket features, label design and printing, store reports and much more. In keeping with the company’s philosophy of providing end to end retail solutions, Retail Realm is also partnering with Credit Card Processors (important with the upcoming shift in EMV liability in the U.S.A.), e-Commerce providers and is ensuring integrations to various Financial Packages for Retail Realm Essentials™.
The most exciting element of the go-to-market preparation has been to see Resellers and Partners who have attended the Retail Realm Essentials™ Certification Training (and had the opportunity to have hands on experience with the solution) come away raving about its feature set. Take Paul Flowers of STG (out of Buffalo, NY), one of the first Resellers in the US (or more accurately… in the world) to become Certified, as a case in point. He was impressed by the number and variety of retail verticals the product caters for, out of the box, and cited some of the standout product highlights for him as including:
* the strong centralized control – management
* the simple user definable cashier interface for POS
* outstanding multi-level enterprise reporting, and,
* exceptional Promos, Coupons and Discount schemes
And when asked how he would sum up the new “Retail Realm Essentials™ powered by Microsoft Dynamics,” Paul retorted: “You can’t help but improve your enterprise operations with what is the best technology in the marketplace.”
Anyone visiting NRF and wishing to meet with one of Retail Realm’s representatives is requested to, in the first instance, contact Rachel Smith at rachel@rrdisti.com.
