About Ernest M. Williams
Mr. Williams has 7 years’ experience at the Department of Veterans Affairs. He is the Chief for the Intelligence and Crime Analysis Division responsible for developing data methods, techniques and protocols for conducting crime and crime trend analysis for the 2nd largest Cabinet level government agency. For the last 6 months, Mr. Williams has also served as the Division Chief for the VA’s Executive Protection Division which provides security for the Cabinet Level Secretary and Deputy Security. He is also responsible for planning and executing the Annual Training Program for the Office of Security and Law Enforcement and serves as a liaison with numerous Federal, State and Local law enforcement agencies. Mr. Williams served in the United States Army for 20 years and retired from FT Bragg, NC in 2006. He is affiliated with A.S.I.S. and a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. He was born on May 27, 1962 in Trenton, New Jersey and obtained a M.S. in Criminal Justice from Iona College, New York in 2007 and a M.A. in Business and Organization Security Management from Webster University in 2013.
