IS Partners LLC Completes Third Successful Peer Review

The reviewers indicated that the firm complies with the stringent quality control standards set by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the national professional organization of CPA’s.

Peer reviews are required every three years for membership in AICPA’s Division for CPA firms. The Division is a voluntary, self-regulated organization of firms established to support quality performance.

The peer review was performed by the certified public accounting firm EideBailly, LLP based in Fargo, North Dakota. The reviewers made an independent assessment of the Firm’s quality control policies and procedures, and examined the working papers and reports of a representative sample of accounting and auditing engagements. They also inspected the Firm’s administrative files and records, and interviewed professional personnel. The reviewer’s report has been issued and accepted by the AICPA. The three levels of grading are pass, pass with letter of comments and fail. The firm received a rating of “pass” in the viewers report.
