Hopkins Commercial Real Estate Announces Louie Tijierna as New Leasing/Marketing Manager
Dallas, TX, January 22, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Hopkins Commercial Real Estate, a Dallas-based full-service commercial real estate company, is pleased to announce the hire of Louie Tijerina to the position of Leasing/Marketing manager.
As Leasing/Marketing Manager, Tijerina focuses on the company’s leasing and sales. He is responsible for keeping leases at Hopkins properties, both owned and managed by the company, at a full occupancy. Additionally, Tijerina helps sell and lease Hopkin’s raw land, which totals over 65 acres throughout the North Texas region and near Houston.

Tijerina graduated from Texas Christian University in 2011 with a BBA in Entrepreneurial Management. Before joining Hopkins, Tijerina was director of Freshman Programs for the National Hispanic Institute. Outside of work, he is a member of the National Hispanic Institute’s Board of Benefactors, TCU Letterman’s Association, International Council of Shopping Centers and the Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
