Zoellner Whole Financial PLLC Partners with Mall Malisow PC, Moss Epstein PC and Capitas Financial to Educate Investors on Non-Correlated Investments
Zoellner Whole Financial PLLC sponsored an informational seminar about Non-Correlated Investments and brought along a CPA Firm, Elder Care Law Firm and Estate Planning Insurance Broker, to explain how Investors need Professional Advisors to make financial decisions with confidence.
Southfield, MI, January 26, 2015 --(PR.com)-- David R. Zoellner Sr., CEO of Zoellner Whole Financial PLLC, believes that in order to be effective as a source of financial recommendation for investors, an advisor should have the advice and counseling of a CPA, Legal Professional and Estate Planning Insurance Specialist to understand the dynamic aspects of investor’s needs. Zoellner teamed up with a local elder care attorney, CPA and estate planning insurance specialist to host a seminar designed to educate investors on many aspects of Non-Correlated Investments as a tool for diversification for your portfolio. (Diversification does not ensure a profit or protection against loss in a declining market.)
“Before a financial professional recommends any investment strategy or product, the advisor needs an in-depth understanding of the client’s needs, current situation, goals and risk tolerance,” explains Zoellner. “No Advisor can have all the answers and handle every aspect of an individual’s complex financial situation. That’s why clients should look to advisors who have deep relationships with other financial professionals, to answer important questions outside of their own expertise.”
Besides Zoellner’s educational presentation on Non-Correlated Investments, speakers included David Willkomm, Regional V.P. of Steadfast Companies on (REITS) for apartment investments and Tony Neves, Regional Director of GWG Holdings, Inc.
Willkomm focused on the demographics and the growing opportunity of investment in multi-family apartments. Neves educated the group on the little known fact that life insurance policies are an asset that can be sold in the secondary market rather than lapsing or surrendering the policy for the benefit of an insurance company.
After the planned remarks, the seminar guests were invited to ask questions of any concern to a panel of professionals. Nearly all of the guest’s questions revolved around the needs of their family members. Questions ranged from tax treatment of gifts, elder care needs and where to turn when insurance companies ask for higher premium payments to keep a loved one’s estate planning policy in place.
“This seminar gave our guests a source for answers to questions that may have kept them up at night. Ultimately, we want to give them access to specialists who have the confidence and experience to enlighten investors and guide them through important phases of changing financial family life events,” commented Zoellner.
