This unique co-hosting duo is bringing a new brand of radio to the Bay Area. In the show, they touch on community issues chosen by listeners, topics derived from their books, and have in-depth discussions with guests. Their blend of experience and heart for the community on and off the air will make this show time well spent each week.
Mr. Williams has worked over 50 years in the military, government, and business sectors, and currently works with the City and County of San Francisco. Most recently, he ran for Mayor of Oakland, CA. Even though he was not elected mayor, Mr. Williams is still very much an advocate to make a better Oakland. Now exploring a writing career, he hopes to open the eyes of all those oblivious to what is really behind all of the turmoil in America today with the book, "Thoughts of a Common Man." Mrs. Bailey-Ray, President and Founder of It’s Essential, LLC, has over 25 years of progressive management experience in Corporate America. Gloria has experience in directing, hiring, training and setting strategy with companies ranging from growth modes to start-ups. She has experience in diversity and inclusion with a focus on increasing women in higher ranking positions within Corporate America. Also a certified life coach, Gloria is currently writing a series of books titled, “U Didn’t Get the Memo,” which focuses on Corporate America, relationships, finance and raising children.
